Something we do a lot of at Oti. Pickles. A Romanian tradition. These are fire roasted spicy pickled peppers. Hot as hell and salty. Perfect for kicking back some delicious wine or beer or cocktails, and a palete reset between our small plates.
A Romanian staple. The golden bread. Mămăligă. A savoury polenta terrine of cârnați (Romanian smoked spicy sausage), melted cheese, paprika infused sour cream, chili oil, and telemea cheese (Romanian sheep’s milk cheese).
